Terms of Service
These terms set out the basis on which Elevate offers its application-only coaching services. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.elevate-coaching.com (the "Site") and any coaching programs, courses, or services offered by Elevate by Ryan Martin, operated by Mother Nature Knows Best FZCO ("Elevate," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
01 Application-Only Services
Elevate operates by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance into a program is confirmed only through a written engagement agreement.
02 Nature of Our Services
Elevate provides health, identity, performance, and lifestyle coaching. Our services are educational and developmental in nature.
03 Engagements & Payment
Specific deliverables, fees, schedules, and refund terms for each engagement (The Elevate Course, Performance Coaching, Elevate Elite, and Corporate Program) are set out in your individual engagement agreement. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls. Fees are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are due as specified in that agreement.
04 Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information in your application and during your engagement
- Use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals regarding your health and decisions
- Not share, resell, or redistribute proprietary program materials
- Engage respectfully and in good faith
05 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our programs — including the Elevate method, frameworks, written materials, and branding — is owned by Mother Nature Knows Best FZCO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
06 Confidentiality
We treat your participation and personal information as confidential, and we ask the same of you regarding any proprietary methods or other clients you may learn about. Client identities are never disclosed.
07 Results & No Guarantees
Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual circumstances and the effort you apply. We do not guarantee any specific result, level of performance, health outcome, or financial benefit.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate and Mother Nature Knows Best FZCO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate, Mother Nature Knows Best FZCO, and its personnel from any claims or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or services.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination of an active engagement is governed by your engagement agreement.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there, unless your engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
